About Us

About Us

At Imagine Yoga, we strive to offer a unique experience for our clients. Along with many of the traditional yoga styles, meditation and pranayama, Imagine Yoga offers transformative sound therapy.

Sound Therapy , at Imagine Yoga, utilizes the power of the Gong, supported by other transformative instruments. The gong and the conch are two of the oldest and most traditional instruments of sound healing. The gong has long been declared an instrument of transformational power. It aids  in releasing pent-up emotions and blockages. Results of a gonging experience may include a profound sense of calmness and happiness. Sound baths at our retreat include the majestical gong, conchs, singing bowls, shruti box, chimes, bells , and drums. In a group setting, a sound bath affords everyone present the benefits of sound therapy. It is a time of deep mediation and relaxation that may transform your emotional and spiritual well being.

Like no other, Imagine Yoga has everything you need for transformative and restorative

 classes or retreats.

Dale Amory

Dale has lived on the island of St. Kitts for 25 years. Transferred there with Scotiabank from Canada, she married a Kittitian, had two beautiful children and built a lovely home that she is now sharing as Imagine Yoga. Having started and operated an international private school, St. Kitts International Academy for 14 years, Dale moved on to her passion for yoga in 2013. Dale’s Yoga journey started with an intensive course in Whistler BC with Yama Yoga. She continued her daily practice and became more serious when she travelled to Rishikesh India in October of 2018 to become certified as a Hatha Yoga teacher. Along this journey, Dale was also introduced to the benefits of sound healing, especially the transformative power of a Gong. Recently she completed a Gong Mastery course at Hawkwood College with Gong Master himself, Don Conreaux and his gong partner , Aidan McIntyre. She has recently completed a second course in Sound Therapy with the Sound Healing Academy. This course included healing with singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums and voice.
